By installing or using Mangaka AI (the “app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
01What the app is
Mangaka AI is a tool for writing, drawing, lettering and exporting comics on your Android device. It is provided for personal and commercial creative work alike.
02Your content
Everything you create in the app – stories, scripts, characters, drawings, pages and exported files – belongs to you. We claim no rights to it. You are responsible for the content you create and share, including making sure it does not infringe the rights of others.
Your content is stored only on your device. Please keep your own backups (for example with the .mangaka export) – we cannot recover data that is lost when a device is reset, replaced or the app is uninstalled.
03Optional AI features
AI features work only with an AI server that you configure yourself. You are responsible for that server, for any fees it charges and for complying with its terms. AI output is a suggestion: review it before you use it, and treat it as you would any draft. We make no promises about the accuracy, originality or suitability of AI output.
04Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create or distribute content that is unlawful, or to attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app itself outside the terms of the store you obtained it from.
05Updates and availability
The app may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time. Features may be added or removed between versions. We try to keep your existing stories readable across updates but cannot guarantee compatibility forever.
06No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
07Privacy
How the app handles your data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
